Our award-winning rewards programme
A big thanks and congratulations to our reward fulfilment partner Giftcloud for winning The Shining Light award from the Gift Card & Voucher Association (GCVA). We are very excited to see that our weekly rewards programme is being recognised for great customer experience and engagement, and for its role in motivating young drivers to stay safe on the roads.
When our telematics policies were first launched the rewards system was very different to what we have now. It was a quarterly reward and it was awarded to customers using a pre-paid credit card. This was expensive to run and such a low frequency of rewards meant that our customer engagement was very low.
In phase two of our traditional black box product, using a new partner and a more intuitive online dashboard, we saw engagement levels increase and a much better customer experience overall.
