What if I want to cancel my policy?


If you want to cancel your policy, please contact us via LiveChat.

If your policy is underwritten by Haven, the below cancellation charges apply:

Cancellation within 14 days
If you or we cancel your policy within the first 14 days, you’ll pay for your time on cover, we will retain £25 of your initial administration fee and a £50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation after 14 days
If you or we cancel your policy after 14 days, you’ll pay for your time on cover, we will retain the £92.50 administration fee and a £50 cancellation fee.

Please note — if you’ve had a claim, or someone has claimed against you, you will not be entitled to a refund.

If your policy is underwritten by Zurich the below cancellation charges apply:

Box Policy
If you or we cancel your policy within the first 14 days, you’ll just pay for your time on cover plus a cancellation fee.

Cancellation after 14 days
If you or we cancel your policy after 14 days, you’ll be charged according to the table below — minus any payments you’ve already made — plus a cancellation fee.

App Policy
If you or we cancel your policy at any time, you’ll just pay for your time on cover plus a cancellation fee.

If you paid for the whole year up-front, we’ll send you a refund minus the above amount.

Please note — if you’ve had a claim, or someone has claimed against you, you will not be entitled to a refund.
